GRB and as-built measurements
Throughout the course of the site, things occasionally change. It is mandatory to have an as-built file drawn up by a surveyor expert upon delivery. During the terrestrial survey and hydronaut study, we carefully measure exactly how the roads are constructed or how the sewerage system is constructed and runs. You will receive the mapped out route and clear file in a GRB layer structure, tested against the standard imposed by the AGIV and AWV. We have the knowledge to meet the imposed standards of Aquafin, Farys, Waterlink and Pidpa. This way you immediately work in a uniform and widely applicable formula.
As-built measurements
Buildings, sewerage works, roads, etc. Many projects require an as-built measurement afterwards. INVAR Landmeters is your permanent point of contact for as-built measurements of:

As a progressive surveying office, INVAR also deploys drones for as-built measurements. Your as-built plan also allows you to compare areas, lengths, etc. with the bill of quantities. With the right information, you can complete your project smoothly.
Large-scale Reference File (GRB)
The GRB digitally maps Flanders in a uniform way. This basic map contains roads, plots, watercourses, but also lighting posts, manhole covers and coping stones. As-built files are required to be drawn up in the GRB structure. At INVAR Landmeters we have the necessary expertise to carry out this according to the rules of the art.
In places that are difficult to reach, we can also use photogrammetry to supplement the as-built plan.
